The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:
S. B. 742 -- "A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §11-6H-1, §11-6H-2, §11-6H-3, §11-6H-4, §11-6H-5 and §11-6H-6, all relating to a special method of valuation of aircrafts."
